Stagehand

Done-for-you LinkedIn for founder-led businesses. You press send, and AI starts finding you.

What we do

Stagehand runs LinkedIn for founder-led businesses that know they should be visible there and do not have the time to do it properly.

We write and publish four posts a week in your voice, and the same stories go out to your Google, Facebook and Instagram. Your company page we run entirely: posting, commenting as the brand, answering what comes in.

One page each morning

Four minutes of your day.

Every working morning you get one page. On it: the comments worth making, the people worth connecting with, the replies worth sending, and a draft written for each one.

What has to come from you takes a few minutes. Everything else is already done.

Your account stays yours

We never ask for your password and we never log in as you. Publishing runs through LinkedIn's own approved partner, connected by you. We are admins on your company page and we run that directly.

Everything on your personal profile is written for you to send yourself. That is not a limitation we work around, it is the point.

Being present is being findable

The same work makes you easier to find when somebody asks an AI. LinkedIn is now cited in roughly one in nine AI answers, and it is the most cited source of all for professional questions.

What it looks like

3 minutes 52 secondsGreat Place To Work Australia replied to us by name

On Friday 28 August 2026, Great Place To Work Australia published their Micro Companies list for Australia's Best Workplaces. On Monday morning we commented, from our own client Lucky Shot Mini Golf's page:

The micro list is the one worth reading, because at that size the culture is not a program, it is just how people treat each other.

They replied three minutes and fifty-two seconds later, naming Lucky Shot. Their page has more than seventeen thousand followers. Lucky Shot's has 228.

That is the whole method. Not posting more. Turning up where the conversation already is, with something worth saying.

Who it is for

Businesses that finish something you can photograph. The engine runs on a few photos and a couple of lines from the week, so the work itself has to produce something worth showing.

How it starts

A free fortnight.

Not a demo, not a call. Two weeks of the actual service, so you can judge the work rather than the pitch.
